Am Horizont der Zeit
From darkness to fulfillmentBarocksolisten München, D. Seel, L. Lodge-Campell, M. Gaudenzi, L. Varsic
No matter what difficulties stand in our way and what challenges we have to overcome every day, life teaches us to give hope a chance. And so this concert also follows an inner path through storm, doubt, and confidence. Exuberant arias, plaintive instrumental sounds, and luminous flute melodies span an arc from menace and inner turmoil to the search for comfort and a new ray of light on the horizon: the night passes - the light awakens. Dorothea Seel presents three promising young singers who shone at the 2024 Cesti Competition and can now also be heard in Melk as part of a collaboration with the Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik.
