It is important that we can contact competition participants at all times. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your current contact details.

Please note: If you wish to engage the organizer’s appointed accompanist it is up to you to get in touch with her/him! On demand we will send you a list of possible accompanists. Please take into account that you have to pay the accompanist and that rehearsal times are limited.

After receiving an invitation to the second round of the competition, we ask you to upload a scan of all of your scores onto your dropbox folder until 8 May 2020. In addition, we ask you to hand in a neat copy of your scores for the accompanist upon your registration in Melk.

Please send recordings (mp3) of three musical pieces in three different styles composed between 1550 and 1750. The overall duration of the programme should be 20 minutes. At least two of the recital pieces should be performances of the original score and in original instrumentation. For the third piece we want to encourage you to present us your own interpretation or arrangement of a composition from the stated time period.
