Be inspired by sounds of nature and compositions that recreate them. The Schwanthaler Trompetenconsort electrified the Melk audience a few years ago with its fire and sonic power. At this picnic concert, the ensemble once again delivers everything that brass music has to offer; there will be resounding calls from the forest, a distant echo, the song of a cuckoo tempted from his hiding place. According to a German saying: “As you call into the forest, so it echoes back at you.” We say: make sure you call musically!
